At Moon Nude, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Moon Nude packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
